Offmar designs and manufactures machinery intended for the production of padded envelopes and bags, having dimensions from a few centimetres to a few metres in length.
Alongside the absolute reliability that derives from the various versions produced in 30 years is an unequalled productivity which is the result of Offmar continuous innovations. In fact, the current version of the Matchless machine is able to produce more than 13,000 envelopes per hour.
The machine is indicated for the production of padded envelopes with coated paper , polyethylene or Tyvek with bubble film or foam, allowing a large number of variables and customizations:
- Hot coupling of paper with bubble film
- Application of red strip with tab, for easy opening
- Use of bi-adhesive tape or hot melt for closure.
- Possibility to insert tape to produce re-openable envelopes
- Folded flap.
- Application of holes for clips.
- Application of flap edging.
- Personalised print, following the final customer specifications.
